Sophos Web Intelligence Missing

Re-register the Sophos Web Intelligence Service manually

To fix systems which are already in a broken state, re-register the missing services manually by running the following commands either from a command prompt on the system or via script for multiple computers.

Note:

• Any system in a broken state must be manually fixed even following the release of version 10.6.2 as the fix only affects subsequent updates.
• If, for any reason, the installer is run on a previously fixed endpoint, for example, manually re-installed from a share then the endpoint could revert to a broken state.
• Tamper Protection needs to be disabled before re-registering the service.
