Please follow these steps to unlock the server:

  1. Reboot the server and boot into 'Safe mode'
  2. Open the registry and browse to the following key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SLD

  3. Right click the 'Start' value, choose Modify and set the 'Value data' to 4 (default is 1)
  4. Click OK to accept the change
  5. Browse to the following key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SLDSvc

  6. Right click the 'Start' value, choose Modify and set the 'Value data' to 4 (default is 2)
  7. Click OK to accept the change
  8. Reboot the server into normal mode

Changes can now be made as though Lockdown was not installed, Once the server can be managed by the Cloud reverse the registry changes and reboot the server (this does not have to be done in 'Safe mode').
